My Workout Routine

This is my 2x daily workout routine. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete, and most of the routine can be done with weights (even ankle weights). This workout that I do is meant to improve flexibility, strengthen and improve the height of your jumps, and it makes you feel great! I listen to a set list of songs during this routine that are meant to amp me up and get me in a good mood! It includes songs that have been in my team's cheer music before, so when I hear it I always imagine myself on the springboard floor and about to practice a routine. I call it my 'Get psyched mix' (yes, I borrowed the name from How I Met Your Mother).

Today I thought I would chat about something other than what I have shown you already, so here it is and I will be back later!
