Weight: 228.8lbs
I seem to be losing a pound a day now instead of the over 2 pounds a day from before, but I knew that it would happen like that. For the first bit, your body loses quickly, and then it will slow down to a much more snail-like pace. If my body keeps up the one pound a day loss, technically I should be around 206-207lbs by the time the 30 day mark comes up.
I really hope that this keeps being as effective as it is. I have always been better at maintaining a certain weight through exercise and a healthy diet than losing weight, and I know that as soon as I drop down to that goal of 200lbs, I will be working my ass off everyday.
My thinspiration for today is the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders!
I have essentially planned that I will work my usual daily 9 hour shift + the usual 1-3hour overtime per day, go home, eat dinner, relax for an hour, and then head outside for a workout, weight training, flexibility training, and then my regular cheer training.
It will be a gruelling and long summer, but somehow I will make it through.
Geeze, I have family stuff going on for Easter...how am I supposed to skive off of eating while I am there? I suppose that I could just take salad and then work it off when I get home. Then again there exams before and the day after Easter, so I will be studying like a crazy person for sure! I guess that I will have to figure that out, but in the meantime, Good bye for now, and I will be back to blog later today, or tomorrow morning as usual!
